"London" vest

After beating around a bush for some time, I had finally decided to make a vest. Yes, it was not an easy decision after being stuck mainly in accessories :-) Making clothes seemed to be an entirely new dimension to me. It was not easy to choose a color either -- first I considered gray, then green... And then the weather started getting colder and colder. 

Spontaneously, having stumbled upon a lovely beige piece of silk in the felting supplies shop, I bought it together with beige wool roving perfectly matching it, kick-starting thus the process of creating this vest. 
I find this color extremely charming! It is so simple and bright, with a slight shade of peach pink to it. The vest appears very minimalistic, without any decor, adorned just with delicate silk lining on the inside.

Fits sizes 44-46 rus (38-40 eur). Made out of superfine Merino wool and 

hand dyed Margilan silk.

Caveman's fiancée curly cowl

Organic undyed wool neckwarmer with lamb fleece. This wonderful and wild neck piece is hand felted from undyed ivory-white Wensleydale wool and beautiful delicate lamb fleece. It is rough on the edges, extremely warm, tender at times and all natural. Has the absolutely fabulous texture. Can never be tamed. 

Approximate measurements: 34x22 cm --> 13,3"x8,6".

Curly Cowl, oatmeal

This one is an elegant seamless hand felted cowl in shades of gray, very warm and cozy. It was made out of British Bluefaced Leicester wool and tussah silk, and decorated with gorgeous undyed Wensleydale fleece locks. It is extremely soft and easy to drape, also double sided -- one side is wool, another is shimmering silk, the absolutely adorable smooth texture. All the materials I've used are 100% natural, including the soap this piece was wet felted with.

Measurements: 26 cm w x 30 cm h --> 10,2" w x 11,8" h, rather S-M size.
Fringe locks are 10-12 cm --> 3,9"-4,7" long.

The lush mittens

This is a mini collection of warm and lovely elbow length mittens decorated with pompon clusters and needle felted patterns. They are extremely cozy and chic, and what is more, they're REALLY warm - a pleasure to wear on a gloomy wintry day. Mittens are designed and hand felted by me, pompons were made by hand as well, each shaped between my palms carefully.
The Blue, Foxy and Mustard ones were made of high quality merino wool, very soft, comfortable and durable. The Natural Gray and Ivory are made of British BFL (Bluefaced Leicester) breed wool, which is not as tender as merino, but also quite soft and durable -- enjoy the pure undyed color combinations, isn't it lovely!

Measurements: length 45-47 cm --> 18,1". Width 10-11 cm lying flat. Fit palm girth up to 25 cm --> 9,4" (measuring without a thumb).

Curly cowls ("The philosophy of fleece") 2

"The philosophy of fleece" collection.
This is a series of cozy cowl neckwarmers, made of superfine Australian merino wool and decorated with  hand dyed fleece locks. Looks gorgeous with chunky sweaters, fur boots or uggs; it will keep one warm and protected against the wind in almost any weather, except pouring rain - it's very tightly felted hence drizzle and snow resistant. All the materials I've used fot creating this pieces are 100% natural, including the soap they were wet felted with. Unique, 100% handmade, one of a kind, soft and superwarm accessories.

And my favorite one: "Lettuce", merino + layers of mulberry silk threads on both sides (in fact, the cowl's double sided) = smooth, shiny and delicate texture. Lovely.

Of a tree huggers and polar explorers

Two scarves opening the "Watercolor" collection, one cold and icy - another is hot and tropical :) They both are decorated with lovely curly fleece locks and hand dyed tussah and mulberry silk threads. "Rainforest" measures approximately  130x30 cm --> 51,1"x11,8" without curls.

"Aurora borealis" is a tiny bit bigger,  131x35 cm --> 51,5"x13,7" without curls.

 

Night over the town winter cityscape

This is a long warm woolen art scarf, made of 100% superfine Italian merino wool and decorated with tencel threads. Winter dresses the town up in festive fluffy white for the Christmas, night windows twinkle like fairy lights. Thin, soft, elegant and pleasant to touch accessoire, absolutely unique.

Approximate measurements: 181x30 cm --> 71,2"x11,8".

"Finnish winter" set in oatmeal and mild milky white

I suppose it'd be a perfect gift for Father Christmas to feel warm and cozy all through his most busy time of the year. A pair of handmade wet felted winter gear. All pure raw and natural, thick and superwarm, they are made of undyed british BFL (bluefaced leicester sheep) and South American breeds sheep wool, in the oatmeal and mild milky white colors.
Perfect for skiing, skating, snowball bombing and other winter outdoor activities, as an ideal protection from wind, frost and snow (very tightly felted hence snow resistant!). Cute hand felted handmade pompons are fun and look like snowballs or bunches of frozen winter berries or mistletoe.

The scarf fixes with a small "tail" which goes through the hole, so it sits comfortably and doesn't throw open (there're two holes for different sizes or preferences).

Approximate measurements: 177x30 cm ---> 69,6"x11,8" with the tail.
Pompons are approximately 2,5 cm ---> just about 1 inch.
